Gal Yissar, CEO
Gal Yissar has served as Chief Executive Officer at Net-Translators since 2008. In this position, Mr. Yissar leverages a multifaceted understanding of the localization industry as well as deep expertise in strategic management and operational business processes to guide the company’s growth toward global localization leadership. One of Net-Translators’ first employees, Mr. Yissar joined the company in 2004 as Vice President of Professional Services.
Mr. Yissar’s move to Net-Translators was preceded by 10 years of diverse experience in senior management positions in Israel’s high-tech industry.

Lior Cohen, Vice President of Marketing and Sales
Lior Cohen has served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales since joining Net-Translators in 2005. In addition to his ongoing responsibilities of managing and directing the sales and marketing teams, Mr. Cohen has successfully led efforts to establish the company as a localization leader for the software and medical device industries. Mr. Cohen is an active presenter at localization and globalization technology conferences and events throughout Europe and Asia.
Prior to joining Net-Translators, Mr. Cohen was the Vice President of Marketing at a leading hardware company.

Lee Stein, Vice President of Operations
Lee Stein serves as Vice President of Operations, responsible for managing and directing all quality and operations divisions. In this position, she also champions company initiatives for continuous improvement in internal and client communications and customer satisfaction. Ms. Stein joined Net-Translators in 2008.
Before Net-Translators, Ms. Stein led the testing and QA unit at a leading company in the field of electricity and advanced systems. Previously, Ms. Stein was a Psychotechnic Diagnoses Team Leader for the Israel Defense Force.

Shy Avni, Vice President of North American Operations
Shy Avni has served as Vice President of North American Operations since the June 2010 merger of Net-Translators with Multilingual QA, a quality assurance center specializing in localization testing. He architected the merger to better position the company for leadership in the worldwide language services market. Mr. Avni founded Multilingual QA in 2006 and served as its Chief Executive Officer until the merger. Before that, Mr. Avni founded Net-Translators and served as Director of Business Development until 2006.
Mr. Avni is a prolific speaker and presenter at localization and globalization technology conferences and events throughout the world.

David Sommer, Director of Strategic Operations
David Sommer serves as Director of Strategic Operations, responsible for driving key company initiatives in process improvement, quality, and cost reduction. Previously, Mr. Sommer held the position of Senior Localization Project Manager. He joined the company in 2004.
Prior to Net-Translators, Mr. Sommer was the Marketing and Sales Manager at the Software Testing Labs of the Standards Institution of Israel. There he drove sales, participated in efforts to bring standardization to software via testing and managed the sales of the Calibration Center.
